Mojo Burning Festival Announces VIC Roadsho series

Annual Blues Rock and Roots fest Mojo Burning is back for it's fourth instalment on March 25 2017 at the Hamilton Hotel in Brisbane, but for those unable to wait, the zesty fest has dropped a double-header of roadsho's for refined Southern punters this December. 

Known for it's good time vibes and scene-linking ethos, MOJO BURNING puts the pedal to the metal this December, taking a bunch of acts on the road as part of its annual Mojo Roadsho Series.  VICTORIA... you're up!

The Roadshow will see some of Australia's best talent converge on the Bendigo Hotel on Saturday December 03 from 5pm and feature The Ugly Kings, Hobo Magic, Transvaal Diamond Syndicate, Owen Campbell, Grim Rhythm, Two Headed Dog and The Attention Seekers.  Tickets are $15 pre through Eventbrite and $20 on the door for a stacked 7 band bill.

The event also travels to the The Shamrock Hotel Echuca on Sunday 04 December with a slightly altered bill also featuring Benny Walker Band and Mr Black and Blues if you're keen for some double-header action.  Entry to the Echuca Roadsho is FREE from 3pm with a host of muscle cars and USA BBQ exploits.

Fest organiser Christian Tryhorn of Beats Cartel says of the undertaking "We're really aiming to drive the Australian Blues Rock scene and create as many original music opportunities for artists as possible.  Mojo Burning is one of our main events for the year and is always a fat time!  We're Excited to get down to Melbourne with the Roadsho series for the first time, in what is the home of Aussie Rock'n'Roll!  Hosted by a couple of great pubs to boot."
